Welcome to the Sorry Boy Recipe Page. Here we have posted the exact recipes, or as close to them, that we have used during our competition events. Modifications of cooking times will always be required, according to the cuts of meat used and the cooking conditions. Outdoor cooking takes a bit of experience to master all of the unknowns. One of the biggest secrets is cooking to internal meat temperature. Follow these instructions for consistent results every time. We feel that with a little practice, everyone is capable of cooking championship barbeque! I would also recommend reading the Science of Barbeque articles on the BBq Article page for more information on the techniques of slow cooking vs. grilling. These recipes include instruction for backyard grilling and slow smoke barbeque, and anything else we like to cook and eat. You kill it, we'll grill it. There are also many recipes for regular home cooking. Our sauces and seasonings are are not restricted to Barbeque only. They are specialty, unique blends of all purpose seasonings. We find new uses for these everyday. The true secret to our success comes from the sauces and seasonings that we use.
