Sorry Boys Piggy Stew

This recipe can have many variations.  It's all up to what ingredients you have on hand, and what your personal tastes are.  Remember to adjust seasonings according to what you like.

SorryBoys Original Seasoning

Bay Leaves

onion

celery

garlic

mixed veggies  (fresh or frozen)

okra

left over smoked pulled pork 

2qts water

Sprinkle of sugar

Chop vegetables into bite size pieces.

Start onion, celery, garlic in large soup pot.  Brown lightly. Add meat, mixed vegetables and water to cover.  Season with SorryBoys Original Seasoning, a sprinkle of sugar, and Bay Leaves.  Simmer until Veggies are tender.

Serve with hard crust bread or skillet corn bread.
