This sauce makes a great injection for deep fried turkeys and for smoked turkeys. It can also be used as a basting sauce for grilled chicken, or an injection for smoked chicken.  It will surely add some dimension to that old yard bird.

Sorry Boys Chicken and Turkey Injection


- ½ can of beer
- 6oz Apple Juice (any fruit juice will add variation)
- ½ cup SorryBoys Marinade Mix
- ½ lb butter

Place all ingredients in a sauce pan and heat, mix well to blend flavors, allow to  cool a bit before injecting, butter should be just starting to set. Whisking or Blending will keep butter from setting to hard.  Season with cayenne pepper or your favorite pepper sauce if you prefer a more Cajun bite!
