This is one of my personal favorites. It is very easy, and requires very little prep time. Shrimp cooks up really fast, be sure to pay close attention and not overcook or shrimp will be tough and chewy.
1-2 lbs. peeled deveined shrimp extra large or Jumbo 2 tbs. olive oil 1/4 cup Sorry Boys Key Lime Seafood Seasoning
Place shrimp in bowl with oil and seasoning. Allow to marinate for up to 30 min. Shrimps can be skewered or placed directly on grill. Cook over medium high heat for only a few minutes on each side. Shrimp will turn pink and be just slightly charred on the outside. Another Variation is to wrap with partially precooked bacon and grill. Baste with Sweet and Tangy BBq Sauce until bacon crisps up. Springtime in Florida is Shrimp dipping time on the Indian River. There is no better way to prepare fresh caught hand dipped shrimp than this!
